Certificates
The Valencian Association of Musicology issues an official certificate for authors of articles published in the digital journal Quadrivium.
To request a certificate, please send an email to:
Required information
The request must include the following information:
- Author’s full name.
- ID/passport number.
- Title of the article.
- Postal address where the certificate should be sent.
- Preferred language for the certificate: Valencian, Spanish or both.
Certificate delivery
Certificates will be sent by ordinary post and, if requested by the author, may also be scanned and sent by email before postal delivery.
Certificates will be issued once the journal issue has been published. In exceptional cases, they may be issued before publication, provided that the reason for the early request is stated so that the Editorial Board can assess it.
Information included in the certificate
- ISSN, Legal Deposit, journal URL and AVAMUS tax identification details.
- Databases and platforms where the journal is indexed.
- Author’s name, ID/passport number and article title.
- Issue number and publication date.
Fee
The certificate issuing fee is 5 euros to be entered in the account of AVAMUS IBAN number: ES94 3159 0048 3125 9310 1021 (Caixa Popular). All certificates will be issued after you have verified that the entry was successful.
